We want you to be happy with VOGLA. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund on subscriptions and credit packs. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Free tier first
Every account includes a free tier so you can try the Service before paying. We encourage you to use it to confirm VOGLA fits your needs before subscribing.
Subscriptions
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment if you have not made substantial use of paid features.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date to avoid the next charge; you keep access until the end of the current period.
- If we materially fail to provide the Service, you may be entitled to a pro-rated refund.
Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Because credits can be used immediately, they are non-refundable once any credit from a pack has been used. Unused packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email support@vogla.com from the address on your account with your request and the reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several days to appear.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, violations of our Terms, or repeated refund requests. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
