How do credits work?

Every message, image, and video you generate spends credits. Free accounts get a monthly allowance; Pro includes a much larger monthly refill, and you can top up anytime with a credit pack. Unused pack credits never expire.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Open the app, go to Billing (or Settings → Subscription), and choose a monthly or yearly plan. On mobile you can also subscribe directly in the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On the web, go to Billing → Manage to open the billing portal and cancel. If you subscribed on iOS or Android, manage the subscription from your App Store or Google Play account. You keep Pro until the end of the current period.

I paid but don’t see my credits or Pro status.

Payments can take a moment to process. Open Billing and it will re-sync automatically. If it still hasn’t updated after a few minutes, email support@vogla.com with the email on your account.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account, credits, and creations and cannot be undone.

Which AI models does VOGLA use?

VOGLA routes each request to a leading model for the task across chat, images, and video. Turn on Auto-routing to let VOGLA pick the best one, or choose a default model yourself in Settings.
