Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your VOGLA account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

  • Open VOGLA and go to the You tab.
  • Tap Delete account and confirm.

Delete from the web

Can’t sign in?

Email support@vogla.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account” and we’ll process the deletion for you within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, profile, and sign-in details.
  • All conversations and chat history.
  • Every image and video you generated or uploaded.
  • Your credit balance and usage history.
  • Your community (Explore) posts.

What we keep

Payment and tax records connected to past purchases are retained by our payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google) for the period required by law. Nothing else is kept — deleted data is not recoverable.

Active subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and must be cancelled there; deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription automatically.
