These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VOGLA (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually exploitative of minors.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or abuse the Service, or circumvent usage limits, credits, or rate limits.

AI-generated content

The Service routes your requests to third-party AI models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law and the relevant provider terms, you own the content you create with the Service; you are responsible for ensuring your inputs and use of outputs comply with applicable law.

Plans, credits & billing

• The Service offers a free tier and paid subscriptions, plus optional credit packs.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account.
• Credits and plan allowances are consumed as you use AI features and may expire as described at purchase.
• Prices may change; we will give notice of changes that affect an active subscription.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service or AI output will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOGLA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
